United Kingdom Deliveries
First Class Royal Mail - Costs £0.95 per item (£1.95 for Gift Sets) – Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day and the majority of orders are delivered in 4 working days. However we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail service so we ask that you wait 8 working days before contacting us in the event of the non receipt of goods. All prices are inclusive of VAT which we prepay to Customs and Excise as the goods enter the UK.
* Christmas last order date for First Class Royal Mail Delivery is 17th December 2008, 2pm GMT.
Special Recorded Delivery - Prices are calculated by weight and will be clearly stated when you reach the checkout page. We have included a postage charge lookup table below to use as a guide. Orders placed by 1100 Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1300 the next day. Orders received before 11am on a Friday may be received on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on a Friday. They do guarantee that it will be delivered on the following Monday by 1pm. Orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until Monday for arrival on Tuesday. Please note that a signature is required on receipt. All prices are inclusive of VAT which we prepay to Customs and Excise as the goods enter the UK.

Channel Islands Deliveries
There is a £0.65 delivery charge for each item (£1.65 for Gift Sets) delivered to a Channel Islands address. The majority of items are delivered within 4 working days of order placement. If you have not received your order within 8 working days please let us know. Please note that VAT is included within our purchase prices. Channel Islands customers can claim a VAT refund on all fragrances over £18.00 - please contact us, quoting your order number, for a refund.

Worldwide Deliveries
Items sent to overseas addresses will be charged as listed below. Please allow up to 14 working days for deliveries to Europe and up to 20 working days for deliveries to the rest of the world. UK VAT is included within our purchase prices - if you are not liable for UK VAT please contact us, quoting your order number, for a refund. Please note that the recipient may be liable to taxes in the destination country.
* Christmas last order dates for worldwide deliveries are;
Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Far East, Asia (except Japan), New Zealand & Australia is 4th December 2008, 2pm GMT. Japan, Eastern Europe & BFPO's is 9th December 2008, 12 noon GMT.
